WANTED: SEO Account Manager

We are seeking an SEO Accounts Manager, the main responsibilities will be:

Assist the sales team with selling SEO by means of writing proposals. Get feedback from the sales team in regards to clients commonly asked questions (and try and reduce the questions via an FAQ area in the proposals).
Determine achievable minimum expectations for SEO campaigns by analysing clients competitors and traffic trends.
Optimise the Internet Business Solutions Ltd website (soon to be redesigned) and a series of “internal projects”.
Perform SEO, SEM and PPC when required to achieve minimum expectations as defined in proposals.
Ensure our clients receive regular updates (monthly progress reports). Keep track of which monthly reports are due and what clients are currently subscribed to SEO services.
Liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate will be used to working independently and will aspire to managing a team.
The ideal candidate would have some experience of working within a web design agency, but, this is not essential. Case studies of previous SEO projects are required.

This is a full time position based at our Trentham, Stoke on Trent offices.

WANTED: Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a web developer with 2+ years commercial experience. The main responsibilities will be:

Developing PHP/MYSQL bespoke projects (varying in value).
Developing modules and additions to our own ecommerce platform.
Building websites using XHTML/CSS (and associated technologies).
Training clients on how to use control panels etc.
Building XML and/or CSV data exports and imports for various projects.
Work alongside the web designers and advise on technical constraints.
Meet with clients and discuss their projects (as part of the sales process).
Assist the Production Manager with the day-to-day running of the design and development side of the business.
Transferring, registering and managing domain names.

Working alongside the Production Manager you will be involved in nearly all aspects of the business from meeting clients to discuss potential projects to building complex bespoke developments. You will need to have good time management skills.
The ideal candidate would be someone with agency experience who is looking to work with a bigger and more successful company. Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate websites they have developed during the interview.

WANTED: Web Designers (XHTML/CSS)

We are seeking XHTML/CSS web designers who have some experience of working with PHP/MySQL, the main responsibilities will be:

Building XHTML/CSS websites from bespoke designs produced by our in-house designers.
Integrating the XHTML/CSS documents into our own CMS and ecommerce systems.
Testing the CMS and ecommerce systems.
Ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Working to W3C standards.
Training clients on how to use the control panels for the websites you will be launching.
Adapting pre-written PHP for minor bespoke elements.
Designing banners, promotional emails and graphics for use on the websites (Photoshop).
Working to deadlines.
Transferring, registering and managing domain names.

You will be working alongside a team of XHTML/CSS developers and under our Senior Developers.

The ideal candidate will have some agency or freelance experience and would be looking to work with a bigger web design agency. This role could also suit a graduate with the right aspirations and professional outlook. This position may eventually lead to a Web Developer role.

WANTED: Web & Graphics Designer (Photoshop)

We are seeking creative web designers. The main responsibilities will be:

Creating website design concepts for clients to critique until approved.
Designing logos and branding for companies that do not have existing branding.
Constantly “better” existing designs.
Talk with clients about their projects and understand what they want to achieve from a marketing and sales perspective – reflect this in the designs.
Work to deadlines.

You will be working alongside a team of XHTML/CSS developers and under our Senior Designer.

The ideal candidate will have some agency or freelance experience and would be looking to work with a bigger web design agency. Knowledge of Flash would be beneficial but is not the main focus of the role.

Candidates MUST be able to demonstrate previous designs that are of a highly professional level. As part of the interview process you may be asked to complete a sample/fictional design to show your creativity.
